Capacity Building

The best resources of a country is its human capital.

With the exploding population of the youths in Nigeria and by extension Africa, the need to develop and properly direct these huge human resources has never been more essential.

Our mission is to give more youths problem solving skills; develop their capacities to solve problems.

At OLUWAF, we believe capability building should be at individual, institutional and societal levels to achieve substantial development.

Our capacity building initiatives are done in the following categories:

 Graduates / Soon-To-Be graduates

It is imperative for measures to be taken to ensure the employ-ability of the students and graduates.

We identify the critical competency gaps with respect to personnel performance outcomes, and in evaluation, we  proffer a structured plan to appropriately address them.

For the  Science, Technology and Engineering graduates; we help them develop the capabilities to be world-class personnel.
